Cheetah Strategy has deep experience in brand and business planning with diverse organizations across various industries.
We are proud to serve our clients in support of brand and business strategy and excited to share success stories along the way.

Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce
Cheetah Strategy worked closely with the Hispano Chamber’s President & CEO, Board Chair, Leadership Team, and Staff Members to guide them through the creation of a Strategic Action Plan for FY22 and beyond. Cheetah Strategy facilitated numerous discussions and gathered feedback from various team members to create/re-craft/confirm the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values Statements.
Next, Cheetah Strategy helped to develop an updated organizational structure, four strategic areas of focus, ten immediate next steps, and key action items for each department. These items came together in the form of a Strategic Plan and Playbook that the Hispano Chamber can implement this year, and utilize as a template for years to come.
Additionally, through a monthly retainer agreement, Cheetah Strategy collaborates with the Hispano Chamber Executive Team to assist with additional strategic projects including: revamping the org chart and all job descriptions, developing a templated process for creating annual goals across all departments, creating standardized reports, determining which new programs to pursue, and other key initiatives.
Emily is a great strategist helping us here at the Hispano Chamber. Emily takes the necessary time to listen to our executive team and the staff by attending and participating in our staff retreat, our staff meetings and does research on past practices within our organization. Through her actions, we are developing a strategy and a framework that will be used for many years. I highly recommend Emily (Cheetah Strategy) for your organization.
